I have a B.A. in English with emphasis in British and American Literature. I have completed Brandman University's teaching credential program, single subject English. I have tutored in English since 2000. Since 2005, I have worked as a high school substitute teacher, specializing in English Language Arts. I have created lesson plans for classes when required. I have enjoyed working with students from high school through college and adults. My skills and strengths are my intelligence, enthusiasm, organizational abilities, and passion for teaching. I am engaging, energetic and explore various pedagogical methodologies - incorporating holistic approaches - for better comprehension and proficiency.
