Experience
I am both a native Chinese speaker and near native Japanese speaker. I am also a tutor/teacher who received over four years of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese when I was in Japan pursuing my master’s degree. I taught Chinese to Japanese students at both the university level and in one-on-one private lessons. In doing so, I also independently developed curricula to meet the needs of students at varying levels and ages. I also have been teaching my friends Japanese or Chinese since I came to United States. Teaching has been always be my passion; I feel deeply motivated to be the bridge for students to know more about Chinese culture & the Chinese language and Japanese language & Japanese culture.
